Iran, Malaysia Ink Export Insurance Cover Agreement

KUALA LUMPUR -- A $-50-million export insurance cover agreement was signed on Wednesday by Central Bank of Iran (CBI) and the Malaysian Export Insurance Company. Iran's Ambassador to Kuala Lumpur Hussein Feraydouni signed the accord on behalf of Iran and Governor of the Malysian Industries Bank Muhammad Salih bin Ghazali on behalf of Malaysia. The insurance agreement is to cover export of Malaysian goods and services to Iran worth up to the ceiling of the agreement.
