THOUSAND OAKS, California Actor Charlie Sheen has recovered from a drug overdose and was ready to leave the hospital that treated him, a spokeswoman said. ``He's doing just wonderfully. He's up and around. He's walking. He's eating,'' said Kris Carroway-Bowman, spokeswoman for Los Robles Regional Medical Center. Sheen, star of ``Platoon'' and ``Wall Street,'' was expected to be released Friday. The fast-living Sheen, 32, renounced his drug and boozing ways two years ago, but early Wednesday suffered an overdose of an undisclosed drug.
