LavanThe Lavan Refining Complex when completed will produce 9,000 barrels of Oil and 100 barrels of liquid gas daily with a value at export price of 20,000 dollars. The Head of the Shiraz Oil Refinery and the Lavan Refining complex told newsmen here that 75 percent of the project has been completed and it will start operating with full capacity next year.

The project is being executed by the Iranian experts with a budget of 19 billion rials together with an allocation in foreign exchange of 30 milion dollars, he said adding this was in contrast with 75 million dollars proposed by a foreign company for the completion of this project.
